Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours. In case of website maintenance or technical issues, shipping timelines may be affected.

Although we are sure you will love your Reluctant products, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will make it right.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a Request: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Send the request to hello@bereluctant.com or via WhatsApp at 7400102056. Please include pictures of the wrong item delivered and your Order ID.

  2. Review: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

  3. Pickup: Upon approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product from you.

  4. Alternative: In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

  5. Replacement: As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund).

Item Damaged

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a Request: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Send the request to hello@bereluctant.com or via WhatsApp at 7400102056. Please include pictures of the damaged item and your Order ID.

  2. Review: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

  3. Pickup: Upon approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product.

  4. Alternative: In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

  5. Replacement: As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund).

Non-Returnable Items

We will not be able to return or replace your products in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or altered products.

  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.

  • The return/replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified on the site from time to time.

  • Cash-On-Delivery: We also offer Cash-On-Delivery services.

  • Final Rates: You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
