Wrong Item Delivered
If you have received the wrong product, please follow these steps:

Raise a Request: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Send your request to hello@bereluctant.com or via WhatsApp at 7400102056. Please include your Order ID and pictures of the wrong item delivered.

Review: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Pickup: Upon approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product from you.

Alternative: In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

Resolution: As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product. If stock is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Item Damaged
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Non-Returnable Items
We will not be able to return or replace your products in the following cases:

Opened, used, or altered products.

Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.

The return/replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Makeup Category: Returns and refunds are not possible for products in the makeup category.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.
Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time.

We also offer Cash-On-Delivery.

Adjustments: We may adjust the product's price and contact you for instructions using your provided email or contact number, or we may cancel the order.

Refunds on Cancellation: If we cancel your order after processing the payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card.

Promotions: Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may not apply site-wide and are limited to specific categories or products.
